Suzuki Jimny Black Bison Edition revealed by Wald

Suzuki Jimny Black Bison Edition revealed by Wald

As appealing as the Suzuki Jimny is, not everyone is a fan of its “cute” look and would prefer if it were a little more aggressive. That is exactly what Wald International has done by creating the new Jimny Black Bison Edition.

This modified version of the small off-roader is based on the Sierra variant, and comes with a redesigned front bumper, new grille, headlamp covers, LED lights, bonnet scoop and bonnet lights.

The makeover also includes overfenders for an even more rugged appearance, which are complemented by new wheels and off-road tyres. Up top, the roof gains more LED lights directed forwards, while at the back, a rear wing has been added.

Other touches include a dark-themed paintjob, and the finished product certainly has some resemblance to the much larger Mercedes-Benz G-Class. Just don’t call it a “baby G” because that sounds kind of cute, which isn’t the goal that the Japanese tuner was aiming for. Like what you see?

Too bad DRB was too short sighted to scuttle the brand here locally… suppose to help out ailing P1… little help it did for P1. Swift was a brisk seller… show how smart thinking the DRB higher ups are.

Heard that Jimny is coming to UK shores with a start of 500 units but already received 10,000 pre-lainch bookings there…!

DRB caused downward spiral of Suzuki, Audi, Mitsu & P1 here. the govt reimbursed them RM1.1 billion for so called R&D grant before geely deal was sealed. the DRB higher ups contributed nothing, delusional bouts spent in their Audi A8 company car. Biz and Mgmt skill much too be desired, Heads must roll…

  • Nicely done. Though what the roof spoiler is doing in an off-road look is anybody’s guess.

    • If they din add that wing, Mesidis can sue them for plagiarising their G wagen.
