Proton has presented a new S70 to Miss Asia (Southeast Asia) 2024 winner Janice Chian Yan Tong, 24, of Ipoh, at its Centre of Excellence HQ.
In a Facebook post, Proton said Janice was impressed by the S70’s modern design, intelligent technology and excellent performance.
Organised by Hong Kong’s Asia Television Limited, the pageant saw entrants from Malaysia (which hosted the final last September in Setia Alam), Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Myanmar.
Launched in November 2023, the Proton S70 comes in RM74k Executive, RM80k Premium, RM90k Flagship and RM95k Flagship X variants. It’s got a 150 PS/226 Nm 1.5 litre turbo three-potter and a seven-speed twin-clutcher. Read and/or watch our review here.
