Ford Motor Company, through its partner, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion, recently opened a 3S Centre in Sibu, Sarawak. Operated by Sibu Ngu Brothers, this facility on Jalan Salim is a strategic relocation from the previous 3S centre on Jalan Lanang.
Sibu Ngu is one of four Ford dealerships in Sarawak and it is doing very well. In 2011, they achieved 74% increase in sales, and when figures are combined with their Bintulu facility, they command 40% share of Ford sales in Sarawak.
The new 3S Centre has a showroom that displays up to four vehicles and a well-equipped lounge with free WiFi. The adjacent service centre, which is open six days a week, has three service bays, the latest Ford diagnostic tools and trained technicians.
Customers in Sibu will enjoy Ford’s five-year or 200,000 km warranty for selected models including the new Focus and Fiesta. This is on top of Ford’s Extended Service Plan (ESP), a free three-year or 60,000km service maintenance programme that covers parts and labour.
The new 3S Centre is also participating in the Ford Big Deal promotion, which offers new owners free car insurance, road tax and car registration fees. Buyers of the new Focus can win another one in the Ford Focus Challenge.

quite a number of new 3s centre open in Sibu lately, next week will be Chervolet turn though it will only be the dealer outlet and not 3s centre.Anyway the road condition in Sibu still remain the worst in Malaysia.
wow, kinda surprise to see something about sibu here. anyway, the same company will open the 3s centre for suzuki and chery as well, so these 2 marques will have their 3s centres here finally.
