Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe gets full carbon-fibre kit

After revealing the standard non-carbon-fibre version of its “Inferno” styling kit, Russian tuning house TopCar is back with its full carbon treatment for the Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe.

For just 20,205 euros (RM92,527), carbon-fibre bits are added to almost every inch of the SUV’s exterior. This includes inserts on the front and bumpers, side skirts, grille, bonnet, fenders, boot lip, boot spoiler, door handles and rear diffuser.

Of course, looking at a black-coloured GLE Coupe, these carbon-fibre details might be hard to make out, which is why TopCar has prepared a separate set of photos featuring a white GLE Coupe so the contrast is easily seen.

If the carbon bits aren’t enough for you, TopCar will even swap out the Three Pointed Star for the company’s logo – a shark! Other finishing touches on the exterior include the addition of an ‘Inferno’ emblem at the rear and various wheel types.

This includes 23-inch ADV.1 options (on the black car) and 22-inch Lumma Design ones (white car). Inside, more carbon-fibre can be added if the standard trim doesn’t suffice, and TopCar’s logo can be embroidered onto the seats’ headrest.

If you require more power to go along with your carbon-fibre obsession, TopCar has got you covered on that front too. On the standard GLE 63 Coupe, output from the 5.5 litre biturbo V8 can be hiked by 123 hp and 149 Nm to 680 hp/849 Nm, while the GLE 63 S Coupe sees the addition of 129 hp and 159 Nm to bring output up to 714 hp/919 Nm.
