Building on the success of the 2017 Honda EX5 Dream Fi Limited Edition released in November last year, Boon Siew Honda Malaysia has launched the 2017 Honda Wave Dash Fi Limited Edition. Two model variants of the Wave Dash Fi Limited Edition are available – the single disc brake Type S model at RM5,775.94 and the two-disc Type R with disc brakes front and rear at RM6,040.94, including GST.

Now coming in a striking matte-black paint scheme with contrasting red stripes, the Wave Dash Fi carries a 109 cc single-cylinder air-cooled four-stroke engine mated to a four-speed automatic gearbox with centrifugal clutch. Power is claimed to be 8.38 hp at 7,500 rpm with torque rated at 8.42Nm at 6,000 rpm.

Classified as an energy efficient vehicle (EEV), the Wave Dash Fi’s fuel consumption is rated at 1.8 litres per 100 km. Unique to the limited edition Wave Dash Fi are alloy wheels with a red pinstripe.

The standard Honda Wave Dash Fi Type S retails for RM5,669.94, while the Type R goes for RM5,934.94. The special Repsol paint scheme Wave Dash Fi Type R is priced at RM6,199.94 and all prices include GST, but exclude road tax, registration and insurance.

Lol, no need special edition. Just buy the standard one and get the rim stripe at your local bike shop. Cheaper.
