At the BMW Dealer Awards Night 2016 held last month, Auto Bavaria – the country’s longest serving and largest BMW Authorised dealership group – bagged a total of 27 awards, marking another great milestone since its establishment in 1988.

The awards ceremony, organised by BMW Group Malaysia, was to celebrate the achievements of the automaker’s network of dealerships in Malaysia, whose sales and service operations exemplified excellence and contributed towards achieving its business performance for the year 2016.

Among the awards won by the dealership group were regional awards, the first achieved by its Sungai Besi dealership, which was named the Best BMW Dealer in Customer Care for the region of Asia Pacific & South Africa. The other regional title was for best MINI dealer in the MINI Regional Competition Award, accomplished through its MINI Kuala Lumpur dealership.

Auto Bavaria MD Jeffrey Gan said the recognition and awards the company has received is a testament to its focus on customer excellence. “We feel honoured to be bestowed with these awards and winning the Best Dealer in Customer Care in the region of Asia Pacific & South Africa has set a new benchmark for us to repeat in the years to come. Being recognised internationally is certainly a historic moment for all of us,” he said.

The group also won the Best Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Score Award for the first time in the platinum category, and was named the Best BMW Dealer in the Diamond category for the sixth consecutive year.
