Launched merely a few days ago, we now bring you the walk-around video of the new C238 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe. The one being presented here is the limited-number E 300 Edition 1, which is one of three variants available – the other two being the E 200 and E 300 – all with AMG Line trim.
Prices start at RM435,888 for the E 200 Coupe AMG Line, proceeding up to RM499,888 for the E 300 Coupe AMG Line and finally RM534,888 for the limited E 300 Coupe Edition 1. All prices are on-the-road without insurance, and you Agility Financing is available from RM4,358 for the base variant.
Under the bonnet, you’ll find the familiar M274 DE 20 AL 2.0 litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine, which serves up 184 hp at 5,500 rpm and 300 Nm from 1,200 to 4,000 rpm in the E 200. The E 300 variants have 245 hp and 370 Nm at their disposal instead. A 9G-Tronic nine-speed automatic transmission is mated to the engine, with drive going rearwards.
Without further ado, here’s our very own Hafriz Shah to take you on a tour of the E-Class Coupe, where he also tries out the rear seats to see if it’s really a proper four-seat coupe. Happy watching!
