Mercedes-Benz has released its first video teaser for the all-new 2018 A-Class, which is set to celebrate its world premiere in Amsterdam on February 2, 2018.

Right off the bat, the A-Class on display is an Edition model, in the same breath as the current A 45 Yellow Night Edition (and even the GLA 45 YNE). Among the highlights of the Edition model include painted wheel edges, the special dashboard inlay with ‘Edition’ text and coloured stitching on the dashboard.

We also get to see the car’s new Multibeam LED headlights (with a new LED DRL signature) as well as its illuminated taillights. It’s pretty plain to see that both items are a lot sleeker than before, with those in the rear being two-piece units and with a new graphics within.

The interior has already been shown to us before, and we get to see it all over again here. It’s clear the A-Class will get a bevy of upmarket features, and this includes plenty of ambient lighting and the carmaker’s new interface known as MBUX. Other minor details include a position for the engine start button, which is now accompanied by another one for the engine idling start/stop function.

Just a few more days till we get to see the new A-Class in full. Excited at what you see so far?
