NZ Wheels opens new Setapak Autohaus 2S facility

NZ Wheels has opened the doors to the new Setapak Autohaus. Its fourth outlet is a 2S facility (service and spare parts) that’s equipped with Mercedes-Benz approved diagnostic tools and staffed with Mercedes-Benz Certified Service Specialists.

The autohaus, which conforms to the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II) concept, sits on nearly 14,000 sq ft of land and has a built-up area of 9,200 sq ft. The service centre features five service bays and one wheel alignment bay, all of which are capable of servicing up to 250 vehicles a month for general and specialised repair.

A total of 10 personnels trained in technical, service and parts have been employed to oversee all service and maintenance works. NZ Wheels Setapak is located at No. 14, Jalan Usahawan 5, 53300 Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. It can be reached at 03-4144 5500. The centre opens from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm on weekdays, and 8.30 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.

Naza Corporation Holdings group executive chairman, SM Nasarudin SM Nasimuddin said: “At NZ Wheels, we are committed to giving our customers peace of mind through high quality products and exceptional customer experience.”

“Therefore, we are beyond excited to introduce the NZ Wheels Setapak Autohaus as our fourth outlet and given its strategic location in northeast Kuala Lumpur, the new 2S facility will complement our existing NZ Wheels Bangsar Autohaus 1S facility to offer unparalleled service excellence expected from the three-pointed star marque,” he added.
