The drop top version of the 2-Series Coupe must be ready for public unveiling soon, as it seems that BMW isn’t really bothered to put much disguise on it now. Our European spy photographers have snapped the 2-Series Cabriolet on test with very minor disguise around the badges, headlamps and tail lamps.
However perhaps there’s not much to hide anyway – the 2-Series Cabriolet design turns out to be quite predictable. It’s exactly what it is – a 2-Series Coupe with a folding cloth roof instead of a regular roof. The car seen in these spyshots looks like an M235i Convertible, since it has M Sport front bumpers as well as dual exhaust tailpipes on each side of the rear bumper.
