Here’s the first official teaser for the Lexus LF-C2 Concept that will debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show on November 19. No accompanying details so far, but it’s clear to see that the concept is a convertible, possibly a 2+2 open top.
Lexus concepts can be taken rather seriously as we’ve seen very bold showcars translate to production pretty intact, like the wild LF-NX that morphed into the NX SUV with just a slight rounding off the edges. The LF-C2 could well preview a cabriolet version of the RC coupe and RC F as the shape isn’t too dissimilar.
The RC coupe, which targets the BMW 4 Series (5.0 litre V8-powered RC F goes up against the F82 M4 Coupe), is now open for booking in Malaysia from RM526,000.
