    • VGM listen carefully. VW owners wishing their cars to have:
      (1) full 10 years warranty
      (2) free towing service nationwide
      (3) instant courtesy car substitution
      (4) fix the ‘junk’ trade-in value

With points above, then everyone should buy VW.

VGM is now a joke amongst car buyers. Until today, still never admit DSG is faulty. Until today, never give 10 year warranty. treat VW buyers like dirt.

My advice to people, stay away from VW. Also, tell 10 people about their faulty DSg and their bogus false 2 year warranty. And tell that 10 people to tell another 10 people

Please close down. Your arrogance has brought your downfall. Soon, you will be Fiat in Malaysia.

In 80s Fiat was famous with the 131 Mirafiori. Just like how you were famous 7 yrs ago.

But now, you will be in the same boat as Citroen, Alfa Romeo and Fiat.

I advice all VGM salesman, please abandon boat before too late

I’ve been having trouble with my Polo TSI for the past three years and nobody in VW Malaysia is looking into my trouble. Instead they are wasting time on these shows and said customer is their top priority?

I have been asking on all VW posts, Does any of Paultan personnel has email to VW Malaysia CEO so that he can look into problems i had with my car as his staff does not seem to be interested in solving problems i faced…and i repeat for the past THREE YEARS!!!

even if u bring all the religions to pray at your service centers it wont work…
VW in msia is going down i can tell u that much , every single thing is getting worse , customers service, spare part waiting, and general lack of reliability in their products…
u guys should read the blog going around on FB about the guy who owns a Jetta ,his ordeal, and how his another ride,a saga BLM,is a million times more reliable..
sorry vw , i cant defend u again , i might have bought one of ur products in the last few years and generally ive been lucky , bt the amount of horror stories ppl are telling is very unsettling…either buck up , or totally get the Fxxx out of msia…simple choice..

“lion dance troop who also blessed the individual cars”.

after VW cannot settle the DSG problem, they ask the lion dance group to bless the car hoping that it will miraculously self-repaired?

what’s next? call the bomoh with 2 coconuts?

several years ago i praised VW so much. now i like to apologise to all especially to all VW owners whom had read my postings and bought VW cars but later found that all I said were lies.

sorry for the DSG scandal. sorry for the fake 5 years warranty, it is actually 2+3. sorry about the 200 courtesy cars. VW actually need 500 units.

Their cars are so unreliable, that’s why need such “blessing”. The lion dance should go to visit all their customers nationwide, especially those who left their cars in their workshop and no cars to use during CNY holidays. Das Autar indeed, buy and regret.
