Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) has launched its newest Nissan 3S centre in Miri, Sarawak. The latest Nissan 3S centre is ETCM’s 21st in the country, built with an investment of approximately RM1 million.
The 3S centre has a total built-up area of 18,648 square feet, featuring a showroom area that can display up to six models. To meet the servicing needs of Nissan customers, there are also five service bays that can accommodate up to 30 cars daily. The facilities are manned by 20 certified sales professionals and six experienced technicians.
To ensure customers remain comfortable while waiting for their vehicles, the 3S centre is equipped with a lounge and refreshment bar complete with WiFi connectivity. Those with children also have access to a kids’ corner as well. Other amenities at the facility include the ‘Teana Total Care’ premium service package, hire purchase and insurance services.
Executive director of ETCM, Datuk Dr Ang Bon Beng said, “in keeping our philosophy of providing comfort and convenience to our customers as well as a complete Nissan ownership here in Miri, ETCM is proud to be able to invest in a city that is growing remarkably, ensuring that Nissan is easily accessible to customers right here in Miri.”
