Toyota TopMark adds 5 outlets to pre-owned network

Toyota TopMark adds 5 outlets to pre-owned network

There will be five new Toyota TopMark outlets offering pre-owned Toyotas come January 2018. This has been achieved through collaboration with four authorised dealers of UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT).

The four dealers are UMW Toyotsu Motors (Shah Alam and Rawang, Selangor), Panglima City Motor (Klang, Selangor), ES Yang Motor (Muar, Johor) and Telagamas Motors (Kulim, Kedah). With UMW Toyotsu Motors opening two outlets, there will be five new Toyota TopMark facilities next year to join the existing five outlets in Petaling Jaya, Butterworth, Johor Bahru and Kuantan.

Toyota TopMark dealerships accept vehicles of any make on a trade-in basis for the purchase of a new Toyota vehicle. UMWT says that Toyota TopMark practices a fair and transparent trading process which includes documented settling of any outstanding loan amount and immediate transfer of ownership.

According to UMWT, all Toyota TopMark cars undergo a comprehensive 201-point inspection. Tyres will be inspected and replaced if worn, and all batteries will be changed. Toyota genuine parts are used and all work is done at authorised Toyota service centres. Vehicles sold by Toyota TopMark come with a two-year or 40,000 km warranty on the engine and transmission.

Any make, not only T badges. When people can trade in their car easily, they can easily buy a new one.

Toyota is making so much of money in Malaysia. Everybody is buying their Perodua Myvi. So, whether their actual Toyota is selling well or not, they don’t care.

Toyota and Daihatsu Japan are minting money from Malaysia.

Pity Malaysian car companies, their own local made and local invented engine tak laku. All want Toyota Vios engine in the Myvi

At least UMW toyota sales nearly same as Proton. And Toyota don’t get Government orders.

Half of Proton sales are to Malaysian Government and Ministries, PDRM, Bomba, TUDM, TLDM, Tentera, Kastam, Immigresyen etc etc
