We have our first interior view of the upcoming second-generation Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class, which will share a platform and engines with the next-gen W205 C-Class.
It looks like the technical bits will not be the only thing shared – the interior looks heavily based on the C-Class interior – it’s still disguised but from whatever’s exposed, we cannot tell if there’s any significant difference. There are some minor differences with the climate control buttons, but that could be attributed to spec differences. The buttons near the disc slot also look slightly different, and the big clock that we saw in the C-Class interior is missing.
The new GLK will ditch the boxy looks of the current model and will move upmarket, since the new GLA-Class will now take the place of Mercedes-Benz’s entry-level SUV.
