N3 Auto has launched the first Volkswagen 3S (sales, service and spare parts) centre in the historic state of Malacca. Located along Jalan Bukit Palah, the centre was officiated by N3 Auto general manager, Chua Beng Poh, and managing director of Volkswagen Group Malaysia, Armin Keller.
“Volkswagen, together with our partners, remain committed to our promise, Always By Your Side and are working closely to ensure we redefine the car ownership experience for our Malaysian customers. In 2015, we will be expanding our dealership network to increase our capacity to better serve our existing customers, and also entice and gain a new generation of Volkswagen owners,” said Keller.
The facility boasts a built-up area of 3,720 square metres and possesses enough room for 12 Volkswagen cars to be displayed inside its showroom. The centre also features 15 dedicated service bays and customers are welcomed to relax in the lounge while they wait for their cars.
Following the opening of the Malacca 3S centre, Volkswagen has expressed its intentions to expand its network throughout Malaysia by earmarking a total of four more 3S facilities to be opened by the end of 2015.
