Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM), together with Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis Centre (TCEAS), have announced a flood relief programme for Nissan customers whose vehicles were affected by flash floods.
As part of the programme, a 20% discount on genuine parts and labour charges is being offered on affected vehicles. Additionally, upholstery restoration services are being offered from a special rate of RM1,325 for Nissan sedans, and from RM1,590 for the other vehicles (MPV, SUV, pick-up and vans).
For peace of mind, customers will be provided a three-month/5,000 km warranty on labour and parts as well (whichever comes first). “Our customers matter most to us and these value added services are provided by ETCM and TCEAS to help thousands of residents that were affected by the flash flood that have happened,” Michael Yao, head of business unit for TCEAS.
“We pledged to do what we can to help alleviate the victim’s distress and we hope our contribution will provide some respite and relieve their burden. Lastly, we urge our customers to send their affected vehicles to the nearest TCEAS service centre as soon as possible in restoring it,” he added.
