BMW Group Malaysia has launched the new BMW Group Loyalty+ mobile app, which allows BMW White Card, MINI Black Card and BMW Excellence Club members to access their privileges via their iOS or Android smartphones.

“As of this year, there are approximately 20.96 million smartphone and mobile device users throughout Malaysia. Our customers make up a good portion of this statistic, and they lead a lifestyle that requires them to have information at their fingertips whenever they need it,” said Harald Hoelzl, managing director and CEO of BMW Group Malaysia.

“With the new BMW Group Loyalty+ Mobile app, we are looking to further digitalise our products, services and touch points so that we can create a seamless application to engage with all our customers. We are after all, the leaders in digitalisation in the premium automotive industry.”

With the app, members will be able to access their loyalty card and use the QR code scanning feature to gain remote access if required. The app will also deliver the latest updates on privileges and events to be delivered directly to customers’ phones.

Other functions include financing information with an intuitive e-payment interface for transactions courtesy of BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia, along with a dealer locator function and the latest models from the BMW Group.
