The BMW Group will be celebrating its 100th anniversary this evening and is inviting you to watch a live stream of the event as it happens. The event is expected to highlight several key moments in BMW’s illustrious history and will lead into the brand’s vision for its next 100 years.
Several key personalities from the BMW Group, including the chairman of the board of management of BMW AG, Harald Kruger, will be on hand throughout the ceremonies. Could there be a new car? Maybe not, as previously reported, but we do reckon that there could be a concept model or three that hint at future production models.
“Under the motto, “THE NEXT 100 YEARS,” the company is looking to the future. As the industry leader, the BMW Group presents its vision of a world of individual premium mobility,” reads a short description of the event on its official website.
The event is expected to start at 10 pm (Malaysian time) tonight. You can watch the live stream above once the event begins.

Danke, Chris, paultan crew for the live telecast.
Congrats on 100th anniversary, BMW. Very nice ceremony.
I remember when I first read motortrader, I’d look for E36 325i. What a great car, and I still feel so. Perhaps in the near future, I’d like to own one. Among the few models that I feel truly worthy wearing the Ultimate Driving Machine tagline.
Wonderful event. BMW has been through hell and back. Here’s to another 100.
