A new Honda 3S centre has been opened in Bandar Botanic, Klang, operated by Botanic Auto Mall. With the opening of this new outlet, there are now two Honda 3S centres in Klang.
The RM22 million facility sits on a 1.7 acre piece of land and has the largest total build-up area in the central region at almost 72,000 square feet. Botanic Auto Mall’s 3S centre has 24 service bays that can accommodate up to 120 cars per day. These include five bays for “Fast Service”, 16 bays for general repairs, one for tyre service and two air-con service bays.
The customer area of this “mall concept” dealership has three large “Executive and Contemporary Customer Lounges”, a cafe counter serving hot drinks and snacks, a surau and an escalator. Yes, like those in shopping malls!
Botanic Auto Mall is located near amenities such as a post office, clinics, petrol stations, malls and hypermarkets. There will be a future LRT station located near the 3S centre, too.
Honda Malaysia (HM) has so far launched five new models in 2017, with one more new offering to debut before the end of the year. As of August 31, HM has sold over 70,800 units and is confident of hitting its target of 100,000 units for the whole of 2017. The brand is currently occupying the top position in the non-national segment and second overall behind Perodua, as per the end of 2016.
The sales boom has led to a 10% jump in service intake figures in the central region, the best performing region for HM. There are currently 90 Honda dealerships nationwide, and HM plans to add three more outlets by the end of the year. Botanic Auto Mall can be contacted at 03-33193387.

I just brought my Civic FC for honda first 1K service, mileage less than 900km.
aircon vents rattles near driver side and after i highlighted to the Service Advisor and asked if he wants to have a look, he said no need and we know where.
Common problem eh? So disappointed that new car also rattle like old car.

I think u went to the bad apple among all Honda service centres.
Sometimes,in life u kena bad things,at the wrong place,wrong time.
My Accord ,cantik,cantik,kaw kaw service….no problem,excellent service.
#Even UMW,supposedly not bad,there r a few bad apples ,even among its branches.
i wish they will open one in Ampang, the current one are just next to MRR2 and no proper way in or out very inconvenience to go there. why always open somewhere far from KL. Most customer live nearby or go to KL most of the time, they can just drop the car and go shopping, work, makan or watch movie while their car are being service.

What is desperately needed are more service centres (2S) in Klang Valley.
Honda is now top sales for non national car segment. Existing service centres can’t cope with the number of cars coming in for service. Don’t forget that warranty is now extended to 5 years, so owners who wants this warranty protection have to go Honda service centres for 5 years (unlike the old 3 years warranty).
There are many light industrial areas that these 2S can open. Eg. Sunway Damansara Technology Park. One industrial lot is definitely big enough to accommodate 4-5 service bays with hydraulic jack, plus having a ground floor reception area and 1st floor waiting area cum office.
