Highway concessionaire PLUS has announced that all lanes on the primary stretch of the Federal Highway at the old Batu Tiga toll plaza were fully opened to the public on Tuesday night.
The lanes were opened upon the completion of phase three of the Batu Tiga toll plaza structure demolition works, which was successfully carried out as scheduled. The third phase saw the removal of the middle section of the plaza’s canopy, the doing up of road markings and the installation of road barriers to realign the highway.
Work on removing the toll plaza has been ongoing since February following preliminary work in January, and the demolition project is expected to be fully completed by the end of March with the completion of the final phase, in which the side sections of the building structure will be removed.
The demolition of the Sungai Rasau toll plaza is also ongoing and is expected to be finished by the end of March. The concessionaire advised all motorists to observe the speed limit and drive carefully when approaching the construction area as demolition work in the final phase is still being carried out.

OMG. Finally. Should have given this contract to contractors from China. They would have done it in 3 days as opposed to 3 months.

Today because got motorcyclist sleeping in the middle of left and center lane. Jam because motorcyclist did not use the provided motorcycle lane.
I think more than five thousand cars would pass through there during peak hour. All of the lost productivity cause by 1 rempit. Pui.
