GST: New Peugeot price lists released – no changes

Peugeot vehicles in Malaysia will carry over the same prices into the GST era, official local distributor Nasim has confirmed. These new price lists, 16 in all, match the previous on-the-road with insurance figures (before they were adjusted by between RM13-15 to account for the 2015 motor insurance tariffs), so while it’s technically a price drop of between RM13-15, it’s all pretty much status quo as far as Peugeot is concerned.

From the B-segment 208 to the top-of-the-range 508 GT, they’re all there, except for the soon-to-be-launched 2015 Peugeot 308 THP, 508 SW GT and the RCZ coupe models. Prices of the latter two models will be confirmed at a later date, while the post-GST price list of the second-gen 308 has already been leaked.

The all-new 408 Sedan and the facelifted 508 range will be introduced to our market later this year, while the updated 208 hatchback will arrive sometime next year.

    Don’t care bout Peugeot.
    After service still suck.

Afraid their Battery problem not lasting, lot of Electronic glitches, some more got case of Air-Cond got compressor problem but SC dont covered it under warranty.

Buy this brand, got smack by Peugeot for the After service

      How sad is that Pujot!

Pujot is way behind target to reduce price 6% per year or 30% by year 2018 general election.

Profiteering opportunity that couldnt be missed… Citroen also the same. Guess Naza will practice the same across all brands under her control.

Unless these companies do not adhere to the new GST of 6% or still follow the old excise duty of 10%, all the list price of cars should drop irrespective of whether rebates are given or not.

All naza cars already tipu tax to government in the beginning. All underdeclare. That is how they sell them at so competitive price. Import a complete peugeot minus the doors and that is declared as CKD car. The old Naza Ria with 90% imported content was classified as a national car!
