Gamma Automobiles Sdn Bhd has launched its latest Perodua 3S (sales, service and spare parts) centre in Sri Aman, Sarawak. The company has been an authorised Perodua 3S dealer since 1994 and has sold a total of 3,500 vehicles in 2014 alone, with 13,100 intakes at its 3S service centre in Kuching.
“Sri Aman has the potential for growth and we believe that Gamma Automobile is the right partner to further grow Perodua’s presence here in Sarawak,” commented Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh, president and CEO of Perodua, during the launch ceremony.
He also added that the tremendous growth potential in both states can be attributed to the efforts of the federal as well as the state governments of Sabah and Sarawak to further invest in the development by funding the augmentation of infrastructure.
More recently, Perodua has opted to celebrate the 10th anniversary of its best-seller, the Myvi, by unveiling a commemorative variant. The Perodua Myvi 10th Anniversary Commemorative Edition sports a plethora of exterior and interior upgrades with no mechanical changes whatsoever. A total of 10 will be made for sale to members of the public for RM62,227, on-the-road with insurance.
