Proton opens third 3S Centre in Kuantan with new CI

Proton has opened the doors to the new 3S Centre and third dealer outlet in Kuantan, Pahang, complete with the national automaker’s new corporate identity. This brings the total number of Proton 3S and 4S centres nationwide to 102 outlets, with more to come as part of Proton’s transformational programme.

The new 3S facility operated by Pesat Auto has a built-up area of 750 square metres, featuring six service bays and four hoists. Total investment is RM2.3 million, and Pesat Auto forecasts that the outlet will boost sales by 30%, while service throughput could increase by up to 40%. The dealership is situated right along the town’s main road.

Pesat Auto director Tee Keh Hock said: “The business landscape has changed tremendously over the years. Customers’ needs and expectations have also changed rapidly. A one-stop centre will be a platform that will allow us to fulfil our customers’ requests and at the same time expand and broaden our customer base.”

As for the new corporate identity, Dr Li Chunrong explained: “What we are trying to do is ensure that when a customer walks into a Proton outlet, they immediately feel the Proton experience. We emphasise customer care, and more importantly, addressing any issues in a professional way. We understand that listening to customers cannot be an option – it is a priority. The more we engage with the needs of our customers, the better we are able to serve them and solve their problems.”

Meanwhile, last month, Proton sold 9,127 units nationwide, representing a 36% year-on-year growth, making it the highest among the top five brands in the country, the automaker claims. In Pahang, growth is up by 10% compared to the same period last year, 30% of which comes from the X70 SUV.

Proton seems to be on the right path now because it has a good CEO who works hard and is dedicated to his job.

Lucky Li Chunrong is guiding Proton now. the only real competent CEO PRoton ever had.

Proton staff just live on the glamour, fame and hardwork of Geely. It is actually the Geely Boyue that is selling well in Malaysia.

…and Poodua continues to sell us the Tin Cola junk cars at higher price with ultra low specs (if not because of Saga G3 FL, u think this pariah junk car manufacturer bother to upgrade their equipment in their upcoming Axai 2nd FL)? Also, we should be very thankful to Li Chunrong to bring up Proton from loss making back to it’s glory days (building a good car with more affordable and honest pricing than our cut-throat pariah Poodua)
