In conjunction with the Hari Raya festive season, Proton has announced that it will be providing a free 20-point safety inspection at selected Petronas stations. The initiative is in collaboration with Petronas and its Coffee Break campaign.
The free safety inspection will be available at 10 Petronas stations in seven states (Selangor, Kedah, Penang, Melaka, Johor, Pahang and Kelantan) on July 2-4, from 9 am to 7 pm daily. This is double the number of locations from last year and an increase from the seven stations that provided the safety check initiative during this year’s CNY period. The participating stations are:
The 20-point safety inspection includes checks on the brake system, suspension, tyres, battery, wiper blades, belts, lighting and also fluid levels such as engine oil, brake fluid, coolant and wiper washer. In the spirit of festivities, Proton owners will also be given a goodie bag each with a pack of kuih and mineral water as a token of appreciation for their support.
The initiative is part of the on-going nationwide safety campaign provided by the automaker, where Proton owners can bring their cars to any Proton authorised service centres for the free safety inspection. For more information, contact the Proton Customer Care Hotline at 1800-888-398.
Looking to sell your car? Sell it with Carro.
Why only one in Kelantan? JPJ said there will be 3 Million heading to that state…and why only in Kuala Krai and not Kota Baru?
Kereta Jepunis overlord don’t bother to do this. Proton make good effort to do this. This is why, we Malaysians should support Proton.
MY pipu should all help Proton. Proton cares for us. We should care for Proton back. I suggest our Government cut 1% of all working adults salary and contribute it to Proton. This will help save the company.
Do you do body check up on your fingers? No, because the chances your finger malfunction is so low.
When Proton quality is so “awesome”, it should give free 20 point safety inspection EVERY DAY.
Either no Petronas station big enuff or all the sufficiently big enuff petrol station franchise holders dun wan share space with P1.
Relax, Proton & Petronas obviously have small budget for this. You can say the same with Johor, only one station in the whole of the state.
