Proton and Fook Loi Corporation have opened the doors to the newly renovated 3S outlet in Lahad Datu, Sabah. Approximately RM2 million have been spent on upgrading works, and the facility now offers sales, service and spare parts for all Proton models, including the latest X70 SUV.
The outlet also features a more premium and comfortable lounge for customers, complete with charging ports for laptops and mobile phones, as well as a coffee area. This brings the total number of Proton 3S/4S outlets to 91, all spread throughout the country.
Proton CEO, Dr Li Chunrong said: “We are happy with this result. Clearly, the new outlet upgrades coupled with our product improvement strategy has resulted in improvements to Proton’s brand perception and higher sales figures. We can see a shift in consumer preferences where Proton is gaining popularity in terms of brand choice and this has led to a market share figure of 18.1% for June 2019, our best achievement since July 2015.”

Proton Service Quality is better than Hyundai Service Quality
What is the point of opening more service center if Proton service quality is game over. Wasting money only, better to send their SC people to Perodua SC to learn their game changing attitude before opening more game over SCs.
Same dude that claims his Myvi is better than A Class & 1Series. My spleen laughs at his stupid comments.
I really love it when you try so hard. It only tells me that Proton is heading in the right direction.
Tahniah P1! Continue the upward growth and recapture the market again!
