Ford, along with its local partner Sime Darby Auto Connexion, has opened a new 4S (sales, service, spare parts and body repair) centre on Jalan Tun Abdul Razak in Ipoh, the first of its kind in the country.

Operated by Ford dealers SNS Kembara Utama Sdn Bhd, the facility’s showroom can display up to six vehicles. Taking pride of place on the showroom floor are the recently launched Focus as well as the Ranger and Fiesta. There’s also a customer waiting lounge equipped with free Wi-Fi, a service centre with Ford-trained technicians, and a spare parts and body repair centre.

“The opening of this new 4S facility underpins our continued efforts to enhance customer service offerings while rolling out a series of all-new, smart, fuel-efficient products for this market,” said Asia Pacific regional manager of export and growth operations David Westerman.

The new centre is also participating in the nationwide Ford Big Deal promotion, which offers new owners free car insurance, road tax and registration fees (for 12 months, amount based on official retail prices for private registrations only and excluding the cost of JPJ-tendered numbers) for select Blue Oval models booked and registered between now and the end of this year.

Customers of this new centre will also enjoy Ford’s five-year warranty and Extended Service Plan (ESP), while those who purchase and take delivery of the new Focus from this new facility by December 31 will be eligible to participate in the All-New Ford Focus Challenge to win the grand prize – a Focus Titanium sedan.
