The upcoming Mazda 2 hatchback is one hotly-awaited model. Internationally, and on our shores too. Like the Mazda 3, the B-segmenter will also spawn a sedan offspring to go against the Honda City and Toyota Vios, as we reported last month with a few realistic-looking renderings by Theophilus Chin.
Now comes the real thing, as spotted testing in Thailand. Looks rather similar to Theo’s renders below, doesn’t it? The 2015 Mazda 2 Sedan appears to have a very short, curvaceous boot that protrudes out aft of the rear doors (which are identical to the five-door hatchback’s).
The wrap-around rear lamps mimic those of the Mazda 3 Sedan quite closely, as envisioned by the earlier renderings. From these pictures at least, the proportions don’t look all that great to our eyes, much like the outgoing model. What do you think of the 2015 Mazda 2 Sedan?

not just pcc but dmax,triton,ranger,alto,myvi,alza,altrage,mirage,picanto,swift,almari,preve,avanza,exora,i10,persona, neo..all price within rm50k-70k regardless segment

I know above is just a rendering, but why would Mazda design the 6, 3 and now the 2 so similar to each other? Boring lah.

the Honda City Full spec still best, in term of safety, design, cabin spacious and up to market interiors. Mazda is too small inside, no matter the 6, the 3, the CX segments, are all smaller interior compare to others brand. Don’t expect to be well equipped as well where bermaz exclude all the good stuff.
